Domestic Shipment Terms
TROY will ship to customer addresses in the 50 United States. TROY is unable to ship to APO and FPO boxes. TROY will not ship to Post Office boxes. Prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, or return processing charges (see "Returns"). Title and risk of loss pass from TROY to Customer upon shipment from a TROY-designated distribution facility to Customer. TROY may deliver products in installments. Any delivery or shipment date provided to Customer is TROY's good-faith estimate.
Customer acknowledges that TROY product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for delivery. TROY will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. TROY reserves the right to suspend shipment of particular products at TROY's discretion. TROY agrees to notify Customer if TROY chooses not to ship particular products that have been ordered by Customer.

International Shipment Terms
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
